The Legal Service Commission Scheme
There are firms authorised by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) to provide free legal services to people who may not be able to afford the cost of legal services. You may be able to benefit from the Legal Services Commission Scheme.
You may contact the Legal Services Commission to obtain the details of the franchised firm nearest to you if you want to find out whether you qualify.
We are not one of those firms as we do not have Legal Services Commission franchise.
We are not providing legal advice and assistance under the said scheme.
If you need more information about the scheme or the telephone number to contact us.
The people involved in carrying your work will include:
Nathaniel Nwoke, Principal Solicitor
Emmanuel Aghaluke – caseworker
All our solicitors and caseworkers who will work on your case are qualified and have significant experience in immigration law.
We seek to settle cases as quickly and diligently as we can. This helps to control fees and to ensure expeditious service. However, it can take longer as in some cases it depends on the response of third parties.
